A traditional prelude to the Jewish New Year, we gather this night to sing a service that highlights the themes and ideas of the holiday season. The evening begins with a dinner where we'll celebrate the contributions of our members in their 70’s and 80’s, and pay special tribute and honor our much beloved members in their 90’s. Dinner begins at 6:00 p.m., prior to a Klay Kodesh led, musical Selichot service starting at 7:00 p.m. The evening culminates with blasts from the shofar as we begin our preparations for Rosh Ha-Shanah and Yom Kippur.
