Millennials: Refuge and Resettlement

  • Congregation B'nai Emunah 1719 South Owasso Avenue Tulsa, Oklahoma 74120 USA (map)

Join other young Jewish adults for a powerful evening of storytelling. We'll hear from Tulsa community members who have come to our country as refugees and learn about their experiences along the way. We are joined by our new Director of Refugee Resettlement, Amber Knecht, and by Molly Bryant, Case Management Program Manager - Immigrant and Refugee Services at the YWCA and her team to help us better understand the scale of this work and how you can support refugees arriving to Tulsa. The evening begins with a Chanukah candle lighting and treats. For more information, please contact Natalie Shaver at nshaver@bnaiemunah.com.
