Our tradition reminds us each week of the importance of distinguishing between those things that are special and unique, and those that are regular. When we’ve seen three stars in the sky on Saturday night, we mark the end of the holiness of Shabbat and greet the week in front of us with a short and sweet ceremony called Havdallah. Grab a twisted candle, something that smells sweet, and a glass of wine, or come as you are!
